This week ,on Texture Tuesday , the photo must contain people . I took the photo of this girl when the city celebrated the city days . She was wearing a nice dress , a very nice hat , but unfortunatelly I never seen her smiling ... The picture was processed with Kim's texture called ,, yesteryear '' applied twice .
